Yes, of course! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted through this form (bottom of page) within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. As soon as your order began production, it can't be cancelled anymore. Usually orders begin production as soon, as we confirm them. If you consider a cancellation, send us an e-mail (hello@kalie.lu) ASAP after your purchase. Include your name and Order No. In case, the production hasn't started, we'll cancel your order without any effects.
